An outdoor anemometer that measures wind speed so animated fountains can be adjusted, or shut down, before wind carries spray outside the display area. The sensor (Plastic housing, 140×105×97 mm, IP54, 24V DC, 0.2 kg) mounts on a 3 m or 5 m mast and feeds its matching rail-mounted Wind Sensor Controller card (70×90×58 mm, 140 g), which reads 24V DC and the sensor signal and drives three output stages — Normal, Windy and Stormy — to trigger a safe, wind-triggered shutdown through the Fountain Control System’s PLC and touch panel. Reducing wear from unnecessary operation in bad weather also cuts maintenance and protects the equipment.
